MELBOUBNE, This Day. Senator Pearee states that the report that an Arnheim aborigine who recently arrived at Darwin had stated that upon the approach of tho Huddersfield expedition the natives, with the white women, went in canoes to an island in the gulf has been found to be absolutely incorrect. The Administrator of the Northern Territory states that the only Arnheim natives who had been in Darwin recently are the two who aceorhpamed the expedition, and that the origin of the report is a mystery. '
