- ROME, 22nd October. Senator Debono, chief of the National Militia, against whom there was a serious outcry following the murder of Signor Matteotti, has resigned on the ground that hie task 'of instilling a spirit of discipline and devotion to the interests of the country and the King h& the Fascists has ended. Signor Mussolini has informed Senator Debono that he will submit his name to the Cabinet for the Governorship of Italian Somaliland.
