BRITANNIA THEATRE.
• "Floodgates,". an original story, to be presented at the Britannia to-mor-row, is a strong tale of the mountain country and the lumber camps, and it afforded Director Irving a rare opportunity to display his skill.-' Mr. Irving handled not only the entwe story and characters, but' also the extremely difficult flood scenes. These scenes are the most remarkable ever 6een on the screen. ' Much credit must also, go to the photographer, who faced the raging torrents and succeeded in getting somo of the finest and moat thrilling scenes ever shown upon the screen. "Floodgatos" is a picture that will live long in the memory of all whoeee it. Lester Curies, in a story of the Canadian backwoods, or "The Vengeance of Pierre," will he the supporting attraction. "The Temple of Venus,"' the present attraction, will be finally screened this evening.
