(Received Ist October, 9 a.m.) . OTTAWA, 30th September. Owing to h I3 alleged drunken habits the wife of Irauk Barnhard, of Toronto loft him and resumed her profession of school teacher. Mrs. Barnhard was out walking with her friends, Mr. Muirhaad and his wife, when Barnhard charged them in a motor-car. Mrs. Barnhard was killed, and Mr. Muirhead seriously injured. Barnhard drove away uncaptured. *
