"N.Z. TRUTH" CLUB.
The annual general meeting of the "N-Z. Truth" Club was held last week. The election of officers resulted as follows .-—Patron, Mr. E. Norton; president, Mr. F. J. Earle; vice-presidents, the trustees of the estate of the Jate John Norton; Messrs. Hall, Clayton, Hill, Moir, French, Scott, Hogg, Beu, Easton, and Tonks. The appointment of chairman is to be left in the hands of the committee. Club secretary and treasurer, Mr. H. A. Glasson; club captain, Mr. L. Driver; vice-captain, Mr. K. Brown; delegates to the Combined Press Cricket Association, Messrs. Guy and Driver; selection committee, Messrs. •Driver, Lomas, and Riggs. The secretary was instructed to write to the trustees of the estate of the late John Norton, thanking them for the donation of trophies last year; also to the "Dominion Cricket Club, congratulating them on the success of their matches last season. Club subscriptions for the ensuing season were fixed at 5s for senior members and 2s 6d for juniors, these to be in the hands of the secretary at the earliest possible date. All members of Truth's" staff are eligible for membership to the club.
