A CHINESE RAILROAD
JAPANESE CONTRACT REPORTED. (Received 30th September, 11.30 a.m.) PEKIN, 29th September. A semi-official'report states that Japanese capitalists have secured a contract for the construction of the TaonanTsitsihar railroad, an extension of the Supungkai line concession, which was originally the exclusive right of a consortium formation.
