QUEEN'S THEATRE.
"The Confidence Han," now showing at the Queen's Theatre, depicts Thomas Meighan in an altogether new role. As an agent endeavouring to sell worthless oil mining shares to a rich but very mean man, he is admirable. It wa's through Meighan's fascinating ways with a woman (Virginia Valli), who enjcved the mean man's confidence, that Meighan achieved his object. The supports include a rollicking Christie comedy, "Done in Oil," the latest Burton Holmes Travelogue, and a Paramount Gazette. Special music is rendered by the Queen's Grand Orchestra, under Mr. A. H. Jerome.
