EMPRESS THEATRE.
"The Gold Diggers" is now drawing crowded houses to the Empress Theatre, llie picture has a triple attractionpretty girls, prettier dresses, and wonderful humour, which cannot fail to keep the audience in a constant titter. The story is not much different to the usual run of New Tork productions, but it is the acting that counts, and here there comes to light the natural ability of the favourite. Hope Hampton. There is an excellent comedy and a gazette in the supporting programme.
