THE DAWES LOAN
BRITAIN'S SHARE ASSURED BANKERS SATISFIED THAT INDUSTRY IS SAFE. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPXHIOHT.) (AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, 27th September. The Central Newa Agency understands that a large measure of agreement has been reached with London bankers with reference to Britain's share of the loan to Germany. The bankers, who at first objected to participation, are satisfied with assurances that British 'manufacturers' interests will be safeguarded. The success "of the British share of the loan, amounting to ten millions sterling, is regarded as assured.
