The Miramar Ladies' Golf Club will hold a bogey competition on Tuesday. The following i s the draw:—Miss Ga'mbrill plays Miss Cameron, Miss Carter plays Mm. Morrah, Mrs. Widdop plays Miss Williams, Mrs. Ward plays Miss MacGregor, Mrs. Gromb plays Miss Vietch, Mrs. Banks plays Miss Jacobsen, Airs. Martin plays Miss Tanner. Miss Muir plays Miss Fraser, Miss Taylor plays Miss Brien, Mrs. Brooks plays Miss Hall, Mrs. Farr plays Miss J. Hall Mrs Beasloy. plays Mrs. West, Mrs. Vickcrinan plays Mrs. Brown.
At an auction of cattle noar Mold, a cow was sold for one shilling. It was 25 years old, and apparently in good health.
