Two petitions in divorce were heard before tho Chief Justice, Sir Robert Stout, on Saturday. Marjorio Ada Harper (Mr. P. Jackson) was granted a decreo nisi against Edward Kmest Harper on the gountl ot adultery, respondent heinjr staled to have been corospondout in a Clmstolmrch divorce case Custody of tho one child of tlie niarriaire wna given petitioner. .In llio case Nelson v. Nolson a decree nisi was [fi-anted against tho husband on the ground that respondent failed to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights. The question of alimony was hold over. Mr. P. Jackson appeared for the petitioner and Mr. J. H. M. Moir for rcspondont
