Dull and misty conditons have been experienced m ninny p;l ,.ts o f the Dominion ■ Rain fell this morning in several places m both Islands, Imt skies were blue both in Central Otago and around Welhngton. According to tho Domim.m Meteorologist, Mr D G Bates, the hiirnmoter Im risnn overywliere, but it now shows n falling tendency in tho South. Conditions are somejvhat threatening northward of the Dominion, and the barometer is likely to fall in this region, while remaining unsteady in the South. Moderate to strong easterly winds are likely to prevail and increase in the north, with mild and hazy conditions generally, foggy in parts with scattered rainfall, particularly ill the north.
