CHANGEABLE WEATHER
Atmpspheric pressure is still high in the North, but with the approach of a "westerly disturbance ■it has decreased in the South, and freshening westerly and northerly winds have ; prevailed. Except on the East Coast of the North Island, skies have clouded over since last night, and in, the western and southern districts there lias been some scattered rainfall. According to the report from the Meteorological Office, westerly winds are likely, to. rule and; increase strong to gale south of Kawhia 'and. Napier. .. Squally and ' changeable conditions aro ; likely, with rain following, generally, and heavy rain in the .western .and, southern districts of the South Island. •■
