SCHOOLMASTER'S SUICIDE
(BX TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION:) . . . . LEVIN, This _Day. At the inquest into' the death* of William Voysey, headmaster of Shannon State School, it was disclosed that thedeceased died of a gunshot wound, inflicted by himself. He was found dead'in the kitchen of .the school residence, with a gun alongside him, and a wound over the heart. He left a note indicating his intention of taking- liiis life on account of his ill-health, and. also left directions for tha disposal of his affairs. He had been headmaster at Shannon for 35 years, aad previously was a teacher in Wcstland. Ho was « single man, and was due to retire at the end of the year. . • :..-_;■
