Goddess," the present big attraction at five Paramount Theatre, adapted from the play by W Archer, and featuring the. great English actor, George Arliss, will be finally screened this evening. ."Fashion Row," winch commences 'at the Paramount ..theatre to-morrow, gives the" popular Metro star, Mac Murray, tho" interesting dual role of two sisters. One of them is the famous Olga Fariuova, toast oi Broadway, and the other is a grubby, httio Russian peasant girl named Zit'a, who comes to.-America to find her sister. Olga l'arinova, meanwhile, has given up her-: stage career to-'marry, young". Eric Van C'orland, son of one of* ' Knickerbocker s .oldest : and most aristocratic iamihes. The couple plan a Russian masked ball on-the Van Corland estate, and so that the party may have a real Russian flavour, Jimmy- "Morton who is Eric's friend, goes to "the t.evitsky's to procure real vodka. He meets Zita and is suspicious, of her resemblance" to "Olga. What transpires'in the'Folhr\vin<T'scenes is said, to make "Fashion Row"'one of the most exciting romances of the season. In connection with -'Fashion Row" there is a special display of Fashion Row goods, on show in Kirkcaldie and btams s Lambton quay window-- The programme will also include big supports and a special musical-programme.
