(Received 10th September, 10 a.m.) PARIS, 9th September.
Paris is developing a colour problem. Many natives of 'Algeria, Tunis, and Morocco were brought over to France during the temporary shortage of laboui-, and it is estimated that there are. a hundred thousand of these men now in Paris, and they are constituting a grave menace, being mostly uncivilised. Robberies and murders are reported almost daily. The authorities are considering the deportation of the Africans.
