The final round of the A grade interclub matches was completed this week, and all clubs will joiu in congratulating Wellington Souths Al team ou again annexing tlia championship shield, they haring come through without a loss, but drawing once with their. own A 2 team—a very meritorious performance! Brooklyn ware runners-up with one loss and one draw. Both these teams "put, up some good shooting: this week with the same score, 483 each, only dropping seven points for the team. iTh,j B grade final threo matches should be very interesting, as Harbour Board and Potone Ladies have only one ipss each, while Brooklyn B two and Wellington South are close up. ' All clubs are now preparing for the ohampionship meeting, to be held on 20th faeptember, 1924. Prize money and trophies to ■ the value of over £50 are allotted on the programme, and given a goodly entry from tho various clubs, tins meeting should be a very successiul one. Trophies are on view in Messrs. Whitcombe and Caldwell's whitlow, 45, Willis street. Other parti cvJaiis concerning championships are advertised in "The Post" to-day.
