AUCKLAND, 9th September. Mr, R. C. Kirk presided over the annual meeting of the New Zealand Golf Association. The attendance was fully representative of the North and South. Island clubs.
Tho annual report stated that tho revenue account showed a loss of £118 on the year. There remained in the accumulated funds a credit of £58.; The clubs affiliated numbered 101.
The chairman, in moving the adoption of the report, stated that the council had, in view of the increased revenue with the, increased fees to be paid this year, extended its usual expenditure, especially in the matter of prizes at the present tournament. l.
All tho officials were re-elected: Council, Messrs. R. C. Khic, R. H. R. Balrieavis, A. D. S.- Duncan, W E A Gill, M. W. Horton, J. B. MacEwan, and A. F. Roberta; secretary, Mr G. O. Sutton.
