S.M., yesterday afternoon, in the Magistrate's <Joui-t, Walter Jiiines Plenty Gardner was convicted and discharged for impeding a, tram-car- For exceeding the speed limit over an intersection he was fined £1 10s,- and he was lined a similar amount, for failing to keep to the left. On a charge of failing to stop after au accident, he was fined £5 Is.
