9 DRIVE FOR THE FINAL TEN THOUSAND.

In connection with the Wellington "War Memorial Committee's "drive" for the last £10,000 of the £25,000 required for ,thY, city's-, tribute to the 1,700 .Wellington men who gave flheir lives in the Great War, the ladies of Wellington are asked to meet the chairman (Mr: J. 1?. Firth) and members of the committee in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, at 3 o'clock to-morrow afternoon.
