The Northern Pacific Railway Company has announced that it has insured its 25,000 employees for 50 million dollars. In the company every employee who has completed a probationary term of service will be insured for an amount payable at death. The premiums are paid wholly by t the company. ''The employees are .also permitted •to insure themselves further,, jointly with the company. The insurance is payable"lmmediately if au employee is disabled permanently before he reaches the age of 60. ; " .•"■••■
