CLOSELY CONTESTED GAME

WANGANUI, 30th July. The annual Rugby match between the Wanganui Collegiate School and the Palmerston North High School was played to-day, High School winning a close game by 12 points to 11. Wanganui led early in the second spell by 11 to 3, after which the visitors crept up and scored the deciding try just on time.
