NEW YORK, 30th July. ■ A, telegram from New London, Connecticut, says that Lord Southboroueh former Civil Lord of the Admiralty is there,, t arranging for the visit of the Prince of Wales in September. After the Meadowbrook polo tournament the Prince will be brought to New, London on a warship, and will take a train for Canada.
