LONDON, '29th July. The "Daily Chronicle" approves the October Conference, though it considers the decision is belated. "The Conference should have been summoned before the present London Conference instead of after. There was plenty .of time if Mr. Mac Donald had thought of it. The Dominions' demand is entirely just and must be met." •
