GISBORNE, This Day. Ine Harbour Board has just let tenders, totalling £50,003, for material for the initiation of the new harbour works. JLhe engineer is to proceed to Australia by the first steamer, to arrange for taking over a complete dredging plant from the Commonweal^ Government.
