' Le Journal's" Berlin correspondent states that the German Government has dispatched, to, Britain . a..Note with a view to securing a formal undertaking that the Buhr towns of Dusseldorf,. Duisburg-, and Ruhrort will be evacuated as soon..as the -Reichstag- accepts legislative measures to give' effect to the experts' report. The question will be discussed by Mr. Mac Donald and M Herriot at Chequers.
