SEATOUN v. SWIFTS.
Seatoun forwards made a very good showing indeed in their match against Swifts at Kilbirnie Park, combining well and keeping up the pace in spite of the heavy and greasy state of the ground. Always there was any amount of movement in this game, both goalkeepers having busy afternoons. A. Mrrrie opened Seatoun s score from a corner, and shortly 'afterwards Minifie added a second. Seatoun were attacking strongly when the call came for the change round. Swifts broke away shortly after the recommencement, the centre-forward finishing up a solo effort in good style. 2-1. Seatoun took control again, and generally held their advantage, W. Murie being in good scoring form, sending in three, the game ending Seatoun 5, Swifts
