RETAIL GROCERS
The Wellington Retail Grocers' Union held its annual smoke concert on Saturday evening, Mr. J. Duncan presiding. Illustrating the growth of the union, the chairman said that in twelve months the membership had inureused' from 150 to 559, and the bank balance had crown from £25 to £150.
An enjoyable musical evening was spent, and items were contributed by Messrs. Hogg, Dykes, Osborne, Erskiuc, J.awler,. Wilkinson, Atrinj-e. aud Tiper Brown.
