SALE OF CITY PROPERTY
Messrs. J. 11. Bethuno and Co. report having .just completed negotiations in connection with the pale of another v ellknown Wellington city property. They have sold, oil bohalf of the Daniel Trust, to tho Rialio Company, the properly at ihf> corner uf Manners and Lombard streets, and well known as "The Kialto " Tin: land lias a fronkige of 60 fnet to Manner.- street, and 219 foot 4 inches to Lombard street., and on it, stands "Tim. Rialto" buildings.' The price obtained was £28,700.
