ISLAND BAY ELECTORS
There was a large attendance at the annual meeting of the Island Bay Municipal Electors' Association, which was held on Thursday. Mr.- E. J. Colley (president) occupied the chair. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows:—President, Mr. E. J. Colley; vice-presidents, Messrs. ftruar, B. Lewis, Conder, H. Dixon, Miuiro, C. C. Odlin, C. Hiclding, and J. O. Shnrland ; hon. secretary, Mr. G-. R. C. Jackman; hon. treasurer, Mr. A. V. Dallow; lion, auditor. Mr. T. Ponder; publicity officer, Mr. H. Dixon. committee, Messrs. Willonghby, Earnsliaw, Boocock, Price, Kerr, (I. Read, Ferkins, L. Moss, Wiggins, Wilton, M'llroy, Churchill, A. H. Clerke, M'Dougall, Smell. Paul, H. A. Miller, Ricketts, Sanders, 11. D. Hunt, and .Wylie. An enthusiastic meeting closed with hearty votes of thanks to the Mayor (Mr. R. A. Wright, M.P.) and the city councillors for the help they had given the residents of Island Bay during the year., ,
