THEFT OF MOTOR-CAR TIRES

'"' r^ ly Wlls oll' ;l'S«l on remand m the Police Court to-day with the theft, on 6th June hist, of a motor-car tire and run valued at £6, the property of George - Alfred Lamb, and he was further charged with the theft, on the following day, of a motor-car tire and cover of a total value of £5. the property of Kairbairn and Henderson. It was a deliberate case of sneak thieving, tho accused going around taking tires off the cars standing in tho street. Accused was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, and will be detained for refunnative treatment fur twelve months.
