NAPIER, 19th June, ihe case was concluded in the Supreme Court to-night in which Florence Louise Sporle claimed £2000 from the Acetone Illuminating and Welding Company, for the death of her husband through an explosion at Port Ahnriri on Ist November, last year. .-The jury found that there ■was- no negligence on the part of the defendant company. Judgment was entered accordingly for defendants, with costs. . . -■
