MISS ESTELLE BEERE'S DANCE PLAYS.
The box plan at The Bristol is rapidly filling for the original dance-plays that Miss Beere is presenting on Saturday and Monday next, with a grand matinee on Saturday at 2.15. It will be noticed in tho advertisement that the evenin" performance, begins ;it . 7.45. The pro" gramme is a strong one, and should appeal to all lovers of ■ art and beauty. Amongst the students who are appearing are the children of Hon. J.1 G. Coates^ Sheila and Barbara, who will dance the Dresden-China Gavotte, Joyce Nathan, and Betty Reading, leaders' of the Red. Poppy ballet and Valse Vienese, Margaret Salmond, in a lively Gopalc, Florence Heyworth. in the Dying Swan, and with her partner, Mr. Buchanan, in a waltz clofr. .little Phyllis Oliver in a birddance, and -Jack-in-the-box. In the Greek dance-play the cast is Gvncth Thomsen Venus. Joan ' Beere Sprint. Nancy Beere Summer. Molly GillespTe Autumn, •Dorothy- Budc Winter Rayna Duncan Cupid. Isobel Tvreers the Youth, and Heather Horrax Psyche. In Under the Sea. fantasy, the soloists are Suzanne Williams (the Spirit of the Sea) and Sheilaii Hannah. Then there is' the little Coral Water Babies and Seaweed Ballet. The scenery is exceptionally good, and is quite new to Wellington most of it being specially painted for this occasion.
