NOW IN AMERICAN CUSTODY. (Received 19th June, 2.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, 17th June. The American Embassy in Mexico City has taken charge of 'the archives of the British Embassy, which has been in tho custody of Mr. Herbert Cumniins, the British Agent, against \vhom the Mexican Government has endeavoured to enforce ah order of expulsion.
