Mr. William M'Adoo's campaign for ■the Democratic nomination as Presi- | nent entered its final phase when he arrived and took advisory charge of his forces to-day. The canvassers for the candidacy of Mr. James Cox are also busy. The supporters of Mr. M'Adoo announce that they will issue a daily newspaper called the '-' Progressive Democrat." The National Democratic Convention of Negroes adopted a resolution declaring that the Democratic platform is broad enough for their feet. Feeling j between the opposing Democratic factions in Missouri is so bitter that the " dry " and " wet " delegates intend i Lo travel to New York in separate trains.
