ITALIAN CRISIS
CENSORSHIP IN FORCE A DRAMATIC ARREST J7ILIPELLI CAUGHT AT SEA. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRAUAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received 19th June, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 18th June. A censorship is operating in Italy, and the reports are meagre and belated. The arrest of Signor Filipelli, editor of the "Corriei'e d'ltalia," in connection with the alleged murder of Signor MatteoUi, was dramatic. He secured a- mo-tor-boat and was already out at sea, off Genoa, when he was pursued and captured by police and marines in four submarine, chasers. Albino Volpi was captured at a small inn in Balabia, which the police had surrounded.
