Again this- year this, well-known firm has a very large exhibit of the most up-' to-date dairy machinery that has ever been shown in this Dominion, and it is quite an Education to visit its stand, where can be seen the advancement made in machinery and appliances for the manufacturing of New Zealand's principal products. This progressive firm is continually "up-to-date, and whenever anything new comes up, which is an improvement and labour-saving, it can always be depended upon that the above firm will be to the front with, same; and we trust that those interested in the dairying busi-' ness will make it a point. to inspect the various exhibits on this stand. The "Silkeborg" Engineering Company, which is so well and favourably known , throughout New Zealand, is, as usual, represented, bjuthe above firm and the exhibits of Milk Regenerators' Milk and Cream Pasteurisers, Milk and Cream Water Pumps, Milk and Cream Weighers, Cheese and Butter Appliances form a very large assortment, and the excellent material used in the making of "Silkeborg" machinery, the'magniticent workmanship and finish, is well ■worthy of inspection. For the first time the firm is showing an excellently-made Cream Weigher, made by the SOkeborg Engineering' Company, which is arranged with a revolving dial where the gross, net, and tare weights can easily be read. The tare scale, which is permanent, shows up to 501b. '■• This is a very long-felt requirement, as it will save a lot of time and calculation in deducting the weight of the cans. The construction of this Cream. Weigher is such that the friction is reduced to a minimum, much leas than in any other--existing Cream Weigher, which will be seen at a' glance. This make of weigher is very sensitive and accurate. The firm also shows for the first time a "SiJkeborg" Adjustable Milk" Pump, whereby the speed of the pump can be adjusted wjiile the pump ( is in motion; this also is a very important step in the right direction in connection with pumps. The firm is also the New Zealand agent for-'the ■ "Lacta" and "Milka" Separators, which": are 'now so well known throughout the Dominion, and re-i cognised as-first-class machines andsep-1 arators that are giving satisfaction wherever used. They are made in Helsing£ors, Finland, and constructed and finished in a manner that is a credit to the firm, and the very best that engineering skill can produce.

Also shown is a large 7CO-gallon improved "Lacta" Power Separator, direct driven, and made on the self-balancing principle. There are so many new features in connection with these machines that we strongly recommend intending purchasers to irispect every detail of this excellent power separator. In hand separators, the firm shows a splendid assortment of -"Lacta" and "Milka" Separaifors. The "Lacta" machine is made in all sizes from'l7 to 90 gallons, and has all the latest, improvements, namely, self-balancing " bowl, automatic oiling, and clean skimming, and easy to work. These are features of this machine which have made it a favourite with I,he farmers. The "Milka" r Hantl Separator is a well-made machine, .highly, recommended for household' use, where there are only a few' cows. These machines are • made from 11 to 29 gallons, and are an excellent- article. . The firm also represents "Dunn's" latest Curd Agitators, Mixers, and Contnuous Presses, which are made up to date and save a tremendous amount of manual labour. The firm also exhibits "Dana" Rennet and dairy preparations, which have beeri recognised as the best on the market. ( .
