LICENSED BOOTHS AT THE SHOW.
Baker's Clarendon Hotel, Palmerston North, are in«sole charge of the licensed boots at the National Dairy Show, now iii progress at Palmerston North. The committee have added additional bar accommodation'for this year's Show, and everything possible has been done by Sir. Baker and his assistants to givo prompt attention to the pnblic's requirements in the matter of liquid refreshment. •One special feature of tho licensed booths js the fact that ail liquors, wines, and ales are of tho highest quality procurable, and visitors to the Show can rest assured that' everything is being dispensed under the most hygienic conditions at town- prices. j\tr. Baker is personally supervising the bars, and it is indeed pleasing to note that the large crowds congregated on the Showgrounds appreciate the capable manner in which the booths are regulated, and not a single instance of over-indulgence has been noted, which speaks volumes for the quality of the: liquor and the manner in which the booths arc run.'
