HORTICULTURAL LECTURE
A very instructive talk on "What to Grow at tho Seaside" was given by Mr. R. A. Nicol to ,an appreciative audience in the Seatoun Kiosk last week. The speaker dwelt principally on seed culture, the care of hedges, and the pruning of fruit trees and roses, and at tho close of his address, distributed some of the best seeds and an assortment of plants. Mr. Nicol was accorded a hearty vote of thanks.
