STRAND THEATRE.

Thomas H. Ince's great modern drama, "Scars of Jealousy," is the attraction now showing at the Strand Theatre. The sensational forest fire scenes in this thrilling drama of the old and new south come at the climax of the story, when one of the "Cajan" hill men has been arrested, charged with the murder of a revenue officer. Annette Kellerman in "Venus of the South Seas" is the other attraction—a picture made in New Zealand. The supports are excellent, and Harry Avery and his Jazz Band complete an excellent entertainment.
