UGA MARU ASHORE AGAIN.

SYDNEY, This Day. The Japanese steamer Uga Maru, which was recently y ashore in Torres Strait, ■is reported to be rfground at Manila. The vessel has 5000 tons of coal for Manila, and the cargo will have to be lightered. ' •
