SINGULAR MURDER CHARGE

(AV9TKAUAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, 10th June.' H. Mother, a well-dressed man, of 23 is charged with murdering- a five-year-old boy by drowning him in the Salford Canal. It is alleged that he asked the boy to accompany him to tho canal and there picked him up hhd threw him into the water. He then knelt on the towing patli and watched the boy drown. Another man failed to rescue the boy.
