OTTAWA', 12th June. The Hon. G. Fowlds, of New Zealand, and Sir David Graaff, of South Africa, tihe first delegates, have. arrived at Toronto for the International Convention of Rotarians. The British delegation reached Montreal on Saturday. Other European visitors are on their way, and trains and automobiles are bringing thousands of delegates from the United States and Mexico.
