FINAL SELECTION

PLAYERS FOR THE ENGLISH TOUR
HAWKES BAY AND CANTERBURY WELL
REPRESENTED
The series of trial matches over, the New Zealand selectors, Messrs. E. M'Kenzie (Wairarapa, and representative of the New Zealand .Rugby Union), N. M'Kenzie (Hawkes Bay), W. A. Guy (Taranaki), A. Wilson (Wellington), L. V. Carmine (Buller), H. E. Davis (Canterbury), and A. J. Geddes (Southland), last evening made their final choice of players for the'tour to England. They had previously announced sixteen certainties, and after deliberating for some hours last night they completed the team of twenty-nine, which was subsequently announced by Mr. S. S. Dean, CHairmah of the New Zealand Rugby Union, as
