A MUSICAL EVENT.
Much is expected from the forthcoming appearance in New Zealand- of tlie three great, artists now on the water on their way to Wellington. -One is Lenghi-Cellini, an Italian -tenor^ of glorious voice, who, according to one critic, '"is one of the most exquisitely pure voices I have ever heard, and I have heard many of ,the. most famoUß tenors of the day, and would : readily give the palnr-to Lenghi-Cellini.'". It has been said that, although not so powerful in quality, his voice closely resembles that of the late Enrico Caruso." Zach'arewitsch, the_ 'cellist of the magic fouch and caressing force, of whom much has been written and, more said, comes to NewZealand ■in the fullness of his power to charm ana enthral. With these no less well equipped is Caestrb Conte Pietro Limara._ soloist atyl accompanist, who has delighted everywhere, and helps to make a truly, great combination.
