The "Daily Telegraph's" Parliamentary correspondent says the Government has taken a legal opinion whether it is possible under the Irish Treaty for only two Commissioners to act on the Boundary Commission. The decision communicated to the Cabinet is that unless an Ulster representative is appointed .the Commission cannot sit.
Cabinet yesterday considered the suggestion of the Governor-General that Northern Ireland should be asked to appoint a representative, and also the question of a neutral chairman. The Government does not desiro to move hastily but.the Free State is pressing for action i. *% !'P a% ' Express" understands that Cabinet will make a further attempt to secure a settlement by agreement
