NATIONAL DAIRY SHOW
The twenty-second National Dairy Show has .been fixed -for 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th June. As in previous years, the committee has provided a comprehensive prize list, " ranging from horse leaping to fine needlework, -withbutter, cheese, honpj:, apple, vegetable, and other sections m between. Football, matches will again be a feature, also machinery (in work), and many and various other trade displays. The increasing importance of the motor-car has not been left unnoticed, and provision is being made for space to display these articles of commerce, which aro playing such a: valuable part in the daily life of the community. ,At the same time and place will be held the annual show of tile Manawatu Poultry Association.
