(IT TILEQEAFH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN. sth May. At a meeting of the Otago Rugby Union to-night, the following resolution was adopted:-—"That this union congratulates Mr. S. S. Dean on his appontment as manager of the AH Black team, and assures him of its support."
