Arrangements are completed . .f&r the King, who will be accompanied by the Queen, to open the Wembley Exhibition at 10:30 o'clock on the mornhig of 23rfl April, from a. dais in the stadiuni. Their Majesties will arrive' in State carriages, and^wiil be received by the Prince of Wales as president of the' Exhibition. The ceremony will bo a full dress one. The prices of seats range from five shillings to three guineas. A special choir of' 1500 . voices, conducted by' Sir Edward Elgar, will bea feature of the programme.-
