On Thursday, 17th April, correspondence for .delivery by postmen in the city and suburbs ■ will ba delivered on application at the Postmen's Branch; Chief Post Offica (entrance upstairs from FesLtherston • street) from 8 to 9 p.m. The public delivery counter trill be open for delivery'of correspondence addressed to the Chief Post Office up to 9 pjn. Letterreceivers in city and suburbs will be.cleared at 6 p.m., instead of at 11 p.m., on Thursday, 17th ApriL , ... Letter-receivers in city and subarbs will be cleared at 11 p.m. on Gobd Friday, 18th April, and on Sunday, 20th April. On Good Friday, 18th April, the Post Office will be, closed, in all branches. Mails for dispatch by steamers and by trains for the following places -.—Wairarapsi, HawV.es, Bay, Manawatu, .Rangitikei, Wanganui, and Taranaki districts, Auckland and Auckland district —will close at 8 p.m., on Thursday, 17th ApriL . On Easter Monday, 21st April, the Chief Post Office will be closed in all brandies.
